I did meet the goal of drinking 96+ oz of water/day
I didn't try anything new
I didn't get a lot of walking in...but I had some RA issues last week
Goals for this week:
- Continue to drink 96+oz of water/day
- Walk 30min after Liam goes to bed tonight (Wednesday), Friday, and Saturday
- Attempt 1-2 days of strength training by Sunday
- Set aside time to meal plan each week
